Cost sharing | As the overall cost of health care rises, the amount both Fanatics and you pay for medical coverage has increased modestly for the 2020/2021 plan year. We worked closely with our medical plan administrators to introduce some coverage enhancements, while keeping your contribution increase to a minimum. |
Medical | - Reduced copays for Teladoc virtual medicine visits.
- Reduced copays for urgent care visits.
- Slight increase in emergency room copays in the PPO and EPO plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) | - Connect Your Care is our new provider for both Health Care and Dependent Care FSAs.
- Your card issued by Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC) is no longer active, and your rollover funds have been transferred to Connect Your Care. These funds are scheduled to be available at the end of July. Until that time, you are able to use your new 2020/2021 plan year funds.
- Expenses incurred from July 1, 2019, through midnight on December 31, 2020, are eligible for payment or reimbursement with your remaining 2019/2020 FSA funds. This offering will be deactivated on your Connect Your Care card at midnight on December 31, 2020.
- You will have two months past December 31, 2020, to submit substantiation documents or manual claims. Connect Your Care will refer to this extended period as a Grace Period. At the end of the Grace Period, any remaining 2019/2020 funds in your account will be forfeited.
- Dependent Care FSA claims must be made manually with support documentation (not with your Connect Your Care debit card).
- Your 2020/2021 FSA funds can be spent on eligible expenses incurred from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
- Review this handbook from Connect Your Care to learn more about your new account.
