The Fanatics Bariatric Surgery Expense Reimbursement Program is designed to provide financial support to eligible employees who require medically necessary bariatric surgery.

Who’s eligible?

All benefits-eligible employees are eligible for this program after completing one year of employment. Time spent as a temporary, part-time, or seasonal employee is counted toward this requirement.

Flexible benefit payments

that can be made in either a lump sum or in smaller amounts as expenses are incurred.

Note: Reimbursement payments

are considered taxable income by the IRS. The amount of your reimbursement payment is increased to cover taxes.
