New policy effective July 1, 2023

As of July 1, 2023, the fertility treatment program will be accessible to employees through their Fanatics medical and pharmacy coverage, rather than through a reimbursement program. This approach will allow access to high quality care, as well as clinical treatment and guidance to support your medically necessary needs at a negotiated rate while improving your overall well-being. Coverage will only be available to employees enrolled in a Fanatics medical plan. The current method of reimbursement is still being used until June 30, 2023.
