Who’s eligible?

All regular full-time employees with more than one year of service are eligible for the Fertility Treatment Reimbursement Program.

Key features at a glance:

Reimbursement up to $10,000 for fees

associated with the cost of fertility treatments and associated services received by a benefits-eligible employee or the employee’s spouse or domestic partner.

Coverage provided for costs

that are not otherwise covered by health insurance.

Note: Reimbursement payments are

considered taxable income by the IRS.
