Enhanced Reproductive Care

At Fanatics, our goal is to offer employees comprehensive access to quality health care. This benefit supports employees seeking reproductive care, including access to medical procedures, fertility treatments, family planning services, adoption support, and more.

Fanatics will reimburse an employee for their travel expense, up to $4,000 annually, to ensure they have access to required medical care. This travel benefit can cover airfare, mileage, lodging, childcare services and/or one support person's costs when access to required health care is not available within 100 miles of an employee's home.

Requests for reimbursement under this benefit will be handled in a manner that is as confidential as possible. Simply send an email to confidentialbenefits@fanatics.com with your full legal name and state that medical care is not available within 100 miles of your home. You will then receive information on how you will be reimbursed and the timing of such payment.
